kkfv Terms and Conditions

1General Rules

kkfv is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions apply to the kkfv.cam website and all related services.

In these terms and conditions, "kkfv", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to kkfv gaming services. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person registered on kkfv.cam or using the platform.

• You must have a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• All transactions carried out from your account must be in your own name and for yourself.
• Online gaming must be legal in your current country or region.

kkfv may request age verification documents at the time of account registration or at any stage. If you register with false information, your account will be immediately terminated and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3Account Registration and Management

When registering with kkfv, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. If any of the information you have provided changes, update your profile immediately.

• Each user may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated.
• Keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Participation in the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory.

kkfv may request additional documents to verify your account at any time and without giving a reason. If you do not cooperate with this process, withdrawals may be suspended.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

kkfv provides secure financial transactions through popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is usually completed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to a registered account in your own name.
• It is recommended that the source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals use the same method.
• If a suspicious transaction is identified, kkfv reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
• kkfv is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by the payment provider.

5Bonus and Promotion Terms

kkfv offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering requirement: A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time period.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
• The full wagering requirement must be met before cashing out a bonus.
• VIP cashback: Weekly cashback is available across 5 tiers, from Bronze to Diamond.
• kkfv reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• If intentional bonus abuse is detected, the related bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

6Gaming Rules

All games on kkfv are conducted fairly and transparently. The specific rules for each game can be found in the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly verified by a third party.
• If a game ends unexpectedly due to a technical error or disconnection, kkfv will make a decision based on its records.
• If a game session is incomplete, it can be recovered in the next session.
• The terms of the game software providers also apply.
• Any attempt to intentionally influence game outcomes (cheating) will result in account termination.
• If there is a dispute over a winnings claim, kkfv's server logs will be considered the definitive record.

7Responsible Gaming Policy

kkfv believes in responsible gaming and is committed to protecting players. Online gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a guaranteed way to earn money.

• Do not place bets beyond your means.
• You can set deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion.

8Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting unauthorized access to servers or networks.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Card sharing or collusion with other players.

9Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the kkfv.cam website — logos, graphics, software, text, databases, and designs — is the exclusive property of kkfv and is protected by copyright law.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any kkfv content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.
• The kkfv brand name and logo are protected trademarks.
• Copyright for game content remains with the respective game developers.
• Browsing the site and limited printing for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted.

10Limitation of Liability

The kkfv platform is provided on an as-is basis. kkfv will not be liable for the following:

• Loss of a gaming session due to internet disconnection or technical error.
• Delays or issues with transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of your account — if caused by your own negligence.

In any situation, kkfv's total liability will be limited to the amount of your relevant transaction.

• Upon logging in for the first time after a change, confirmation of acceptance of the new terms may be required.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
